Whoops, forgot to autoschedule and got caught up this morning. Anyways...
Today's puzzle is another collaboration - this time with Matthew Stock of Happy Little Puzzles. I don't quite remember the details of building this guy other than Matthew saying "hey let's build a puzzle with <the central 15> and we ran from there.
